Trademark Usage Guidelines

These Trademark Usage Guidelines explain how to properly reference the trademarks and brand assets owned by OMNI Intel LLC. By using any OMNI Intel trademark, you agree to follow these guidelines as well as all applicable laws.

1. OMNI Intel Trademarks

The following are trademarks of OMNI Intel LLC:

• OMNIHire™
• OMNIScreen™
• OMNIView™
• OMNI Intel™

Additional trademarks may be added in the future. All rights in these marks are expressly reserved.

2. Permitted Use

You may use OMNI Intel trademarks only in the following limited circumstances:

• To refer accurately to OMNI Intel products and services
  Example: “Our agency uses OMNIHire™ to automate applicant outreach.”
• To reference your authorized relationship with OMNI Intel
  Example: “Certified OMNIScreen™ Partner” (if officially certified).
• In required legal or compliance materials
  When referencing OMNI Intel tools in contracts, purchasing documents, or procurement specs.

All permitted use must follow the formatting rules below.

3. Formatting Requirements

When referencing OMNI Intel trademarks:

1. Always use the ™ symbol on the first instance of each mark in a section or page.
2. Do not alter, shorten, pluralize, or combine trademarks with other words.
   Correct: “OMNIScreen™ platform”
   Incorrect: “OMNIScreening,” “OMNI-View,” or “HireOMNI”
3. Do not translate trademarks into other languages.
4. Do not use OMNI Intel logos without express written permission.

4. Restricted and Prohibited Use

You may not use OMNI Intel trademarks in any way that:

• Suggests an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation where none exists
• Misrepresents your products, services, or organization as OMNI Intel
• Uses OMNI Intel trademarks as part of your business name, domain name, or logo
• Disparages, damages, or misleads regarding OMNI Intel or its technologies
• Creates confusion with OMNI Intel branding or product identity

Examples of prohibited uses:

“OMNIView Agency Monitor Solutions” as a company or product name
Registering domains like “omniscreeningtool.com”
Creating a logo that resembles OMNI Intel’s visual identity

5. Logo Usage

OMNI Intel logos are protected assets and may not be used without written authorization.

Approved partners will receive:

• a partner agreement
• a brand assets kit
• logo usage specifications

Using OMNI Intel logos without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Trademark Notices

When using OMNI Intel trademarks, include a short attribution statement where appropriate:

“OMNIHire™, OMNIScreen™, and OMNIView™ are trademarks of OMNI Intel LLC.”

On webpages, this may appear in the footer or legal section.

7. Reporting Unauthorized Use

If you believe a person or organization is using OMNI Intel trademarks improperly, please notify our compliance team:

8. Updates to These Guidelines

OMNI Intel may update these Trademark Usage Guidelines at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of OMNI Intel trademarks after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
