  • Clients must verify that they have obtained the consumer’s written authorization before any report is prepared.
  • OMNI Intel may conduct periodic compliance audits to ensure these certifications are accurate.
  • All users agree to maintain confidentiality and comply with data-protection obligations.

3. Information Disclosure and Use

We use and disclose collected data solely to:

  • Generate and deliver consumer reports to authorized users;
  • Communicate with clients and consumers;
  • Manage customer relationships and billing;
  • Support legal and regulatory compliance; and
  • Improve our operational processes and security posture.

OMNI Intel does not maintain or sell any general database of consumer information. Data is obtained and processed for a specific permissible purpose, then stored securely for the legally-required retention period.

Consumer information is not transmitted outside the United States or its territories except as necessary to deliver a report to an authorized end-user.

If records must be obtained from sources outside the U.S., they are transmitted to OMNI Intel securely, processed in the U.S., and handled under the same strict standards applied to all other consumer data.
